I used a modified version from the Brown Eyed Baker that you can find, here. I decided to forgo the ganache filling and opt for the simple chocolate buttercream and cake combo, but if you’re a big-time-chocoholic, I’m sure it’s to die for.
You can buy the eyeballs from Target, Michael’s or my personal favorite, Amazon. I made their little smiles out of fondant, and the opposite end of my pastry tip.
